Morimatsu not only has solid fabricating capability of equipment and engineering in the biopharmaceutical industry, but also has in-depth exploration of product features and production processes. We have a deep understanding of the key quality features of the product, combined with the production process, therefore to identify the key process parameters. Based on the customized URS or other similar process description documents, we carry out a series of customized designs including the PFD design of the process flow chart, and conduct multiple reviews. With highly advanced and regulatory-compliant design, to meet the requirements of customer process production as well as CIP and SIP, to achieve easy operation and maintenance while ensuring minimum product loss. Our risk-based control of the whole process ensures that the final process system risk is controllable and in line with expectations.
