Introduction
Morimatsu single-use storage system consists of a matching 2D/3D disposable liquid storage bag and stainless steel tray/stainless-steel liquid holder.
Multiple 2D storage bags are placed on a portable and mobile refill trolley, which can easily achieve the needs of liquid refill to one or multi-inlets simultaneously.
The 3D liquid storage bag is installed in a standard or customized liquid holder which can be used with TCU to meet the needs of low-temperature storage. The stacked form can achieve the maximum utilization of clean room space.
Disposable storage-bag is made mainly of Renolit 9101 bioprocess membranes (other domestic membrane materials are available on request). The contact layer of the bag is ultra-low density polyethylene (ULDPE) resin. The product has a plastic film with high cleanliness, great strength and moderate transparency. It does not contain animal source components (ADCF), which fully meets the relevant international and domestic regulations. The volume specifications of 2D and 3D liquid storage-bags cover 5mL-3000L, which can be compatible with the liquid storage-containers of different manufacturers in the market at present, and the products are flexibly designed and customized made.
